Resources on the New Liturgy

I thought it might be helpful to start this conversation thread on some of the latest resources for the New Liturgy. More and more Diocese' are now developing resources which can be shared and made available to Parishes.  Here is a great PDF from the Dicoese of Sale in Victoria that is a good example.
